What is your review process?

Full honesty and fairness. Everyone has a different taste but what we all share are interests in value, service, wait times, etc.

We visit each restaurant, assess service, comfort, aesthetics, meal presentation, wait times, food quality, and price points. A grading system is observed on different criteria. Greeting, menu knowledge (ability to answer questions), time it takes from order to plates on the table, proper accoutrements, refreshed beverage vs empty glass, etc. All of this is taken into consideration (where applicable).

Our reviews come from the perspective of two working professionals. We are not culinary experts. We are the average diner these establishments are trying to attract.

Our reviews will consider quality of service, meal presentation, quality of food, price points, and overall dining experience.

Our rating scale is 0 - 5.

0 = unlikely to recommend.

5 = highly recommend.

For exceptional dining experiences, we will provide it with a "date night" designation.
