What is your review process?

Full honesty and fairness. Everyone has a different taste but what we all share are interests in value, service, wait times, etc.

We visit each restaurant, assess service, comfort, aesthetics, meal presentation, wait times, food quality, and price points. A grading system is observed on different criteria. Greeting, menu knowledge (ability to answer questions), time it takes from order to plates on the table, proper accoutrements, refreshed beverage vs empty glass, etc. All of this is taken into consideration (where applicable).

Our reviews include insights on host service (if applicable), service quality, meal presentation, and overall dining experience.

We rate on a scale of 0 - 5.

0 = we will never drive in that direction again.

5 = we can't wait to give them our money again.

Yes, we include details about parking or valet, plus wait times in our reviews where applicable.
